Are you Wheelchair Accessible?

Our Grandroom is Wheelchair Accessible as are our bathrooms ! Our Wonderland room is located on our mezzanine level and only has stair access. 

 

Where is the closest parking?

We have plenty of street parking available as well as dedicated parking spots in our cul-de-sac.

Do you sell Birthday Cakes or do we bring our own?

 You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake! We have a beautiful display area for your cake

What kind of games do you play?

 We customize the games to suit the age of our party guests.  We provide all inclusive games & activities, which keep our guests entertained for the party duration !

Can I bring my own lolly bags?

 Absolutely, you are welcome to bring your own lolly bags , We can also provide them at $6pp or a showbag at $15pp (min order 15)

Can I bring my own Balloons / Props  Or Hire someone else  ?

Storybook Party Co exclusively work with Spectacular Balloons & Events to provide additional services for props & balloons. Please contact us if you would like these services as we need to arrange deleivery ect 

Can all parents stay in the Party Room ?
. We can allow for additional parents to join us in the Grand Room (making it the perfect space for family parties) however price includes children catering only. We can arrange parent platters upon request. We have a beautiful reception for parents of guests to enjoy and are minutes away from Lake Haven Shopping Centre & Homemakers Centre. All Children must be signed on and off property and the Hosting Parents MUST remain onsite until all children have been picked up. Upstrais Wonderland room can only accommodate the birthday Childs parents.

What Food Is Included ?
All children (in the package) received bottled water, The grazing for children includes Mixed Sandwiches, Popcorn, Potato Chips, Fairy bread, lollies, Biscuits & mixed baked goods (depending on supplier availability but may include: brownies, lamingtons, sponge rolls, doughnuts ect) We also offer a Dip, Veggie & Cracker Platter as a ADD ON or fruit platter as an ADD ON

Parents grazing (add on) includes an wonderful mixture of baked goods, artesian breads, crackers, biscuits, fruit, dips, cheese, deli meats and more. The small platter is 1 meter long & large is 1.5 meters. 

Can I Bring outside food & drink?
We do not allow outside food & drink in our venue (exception of a labelled lunchbox for allergy children) Adults platters can be added on for your event along with a soft drink tab which can be started on the day (Water is provided). The only thing we permit from outside is a cake or cupcakes

Extra Children?
Extra children can be added at $10pp If added on the day it will be $15pp
